We were tired, but as you can see, we were oh, SO happy! We made memories that will last a lifetime!

Applesauce!

We had gotten a box of Granny Smith apples that were leftover and going to rot from our church's food bank, so the girls and I decided to try our hand at applesauce. It turned out soooooo yummy! We're definitely going to try this again in the fall. I'll have to make sure that my Dad doesn't give away all the MacIntosh apples. I think I'm going to try making fruit leather out of some of it as well.
